The GATCHAMAN IP and all related rights are owned by Tatsunoko Production. The NFTs are officially licensed by Tatsunoko Production under the Jokers ecosystem.

By minting or purchasing a GATCHAMAN NFT, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a digital collectible that provides limited usage rights as outlined in these terms. Ownership of the NFT does not grant rights to the underlying intellectual property, trademarks, or any other associated creative assets.

No Guarantees or Warranties

The minting process and the final ownership of GATCHAMAN NFTs are entirely user-driven. Jokers does not guarantee the value, future utility, or market performance of these NFTs.

The user acknowledges that NFTs are speculative assets and assumes full responsibility for their purchase decisions.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring proper wallet setup (e.g., Sui Wallet) and for safeguarding their private keys.

Jokers is not liable for any loss of funds, NFTs, or wallet access due to user error, wallet vulnerabilities, or third-party breaches.

By engaging with this service, users confirm they are of legal age and comply with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrencies and NFTs.

Jokers makes no guarantees regarding the availability of the minting website or the uninterrupted functioning of the mint process.

In the event of technical issues, such as server overloads or blockchain congestion, Jokers will make every effort to resolve the matter but does not take responsibility for unsuccessful mint attempts or delays.

NFTs minted through this platform do not constitute financial products or investments, and Jokers assumes no responsibility for any speculative losses.
